Nora Cronin

Historic preservation and rehabilitation of an existing Second Empire Victorian Residence (originally constructed circa 1880) to adaptively reuse and convert into an all girls private Catholic school, the  Nora Cronin Presentation Academy.  Work included an addition, restoration work, code compliance work and raising the existing building approximately three feet to utilize the existing ground floor as a cafetorium. Construction was completed and the building opened for the 2011 – 2012 school year.
