Project: Monroe Restaurant
Location: Monroe, New York
Redesign an existing 2 story building (formally Town of Munroe Town Hall) totaling 4,752 SF +/- for use as a restaurant.
Interior spatial diagram repurposing & ADA compliance & design lighting,
Check code compliance to see if the existing rear enclosed fire stair can be removed and be replaced by a new exterior fire escape. Extend the floor areas into the former fire stair space as well as design a new exterior metal fire stair.
