Laborers’ Union Local 17 Training Academy Benefits Office Expansion

Client: Laborers’ Local 17

Description: An addition designed to meet the growing needs of Laborer’s Local 17, the building provides space for a benefits office.  The structure of this building has been developed with adaptability in mind so it may grow in future as is required of it.   In conjunction with this, a facility master plan has been prepared to channel that growth and ensure the sustainability of this structure thru anticipating the potential needs of future generations of Laborers. Additionally, a preliminary LEED certification analysis indicated that if the system were implemented and followed that this project has the potential to earn LEED Silver status.
